NSUI – Better performance, hard work paid off

NSUI has been the butt of jokes for many in the last couple of years for polling votes even less than NOTA. But this time, NSUI can stand tall as it managed to get a considerable support from the students community following its fiery struggle against administration and VC last year. NSUI’s performance shows that struggle for students with sincerity and commitment will be appreciated and rewarded through votes.

NSUI won a councillor post also in the School of International Studies through Vishnu Prasad. NSUI finished 6th in SSS and SL ahead of BAPSA and ABVP in the run for councillor posts. Fielding candidates from different background also benefitted NSUI. Joint Secretary candidate from North East got nearly 15% votes, first time in last 8 years. The table below will help to see NSUI’s performance in the last 3 years.
